Consumer dispute resolution
In disputes between lawyers and their clients, out-of-court conciliation is available on application before the Conciliation Body of the German Bar (section 191f BRAO), Neue Grünstraße 17, 10179 Berlin.
Beyond this, I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
